We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return. We only provide Returns/Exchanges for major faults and defects - we do not accept return requests for minor cosmetic issues or "change of mind" reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please visit the Returns Centre on the website. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions after your request has been reviewed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You must file a return request on the KnockPods.com website's Return Centre which will issue you a RMA number which is a record of your Return Request. The user (you) is solely responsible for the cost of return.
KnockPods does not pay for the user's (you) cost of return. Failure to return an item with a valid RMA number within the packet may mean your item is easily lost or misplaced. If you do not file a valid request that is approved within the Returns Centre (found here) then we cannot process your exchange.
We do not offer full refunds for purchases made. Under US Federal Law there is no consumer protection policies mandated by the Government and all stores are allowed to set their own Refunds policies. We offer Exchanges and Store Credit only.
Change Of Mind
We do not accept returns or cancellations because you (the customer) changed your mind. Every order placed is immediately passed along to our Third Party Logistics Solution (3PL) and all orders are final.
We absolve all liability for any inferences you (the customer) may have made about the product that is not explicitly stated in our product descriptions.
Loss of Item:
Each customer has Shipping Insurance added to their order by default provided by Route.com underwritten by Lloyds of London. If you do not have shipping insurance as part of your order you are not covered if your shipment is lost.
If you select to disable shipping insurance you have accepted the potential risk of loss in transit. KnockPods will not be liable if you have de-selected shipping insurance as it is automatically added to each order.
You will be refunded minus the cost of our lost product in these situations.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee under certain circumstances as determined solely by us. A restocking fee could be charged in situations where a customer refuses an exchange offered, a product has been returned to us due to insufficient address or the customer is unresponsive to contact.
In all situations the customer will be advised in writing and given 48 hours notice before the restocking fee is deducted from their refund.
